This item wouldn’t work for me. I tried several times to contact the retailer and never received any help. Fortunately Amazon came to the rescue with their A to Z guarantee and credited me for the entire amount of the purchase. Maybe it will work for you, but if it doesn’t….

How many devices can you control with this unit? I have a Fios box and a dvr player. Do I need to buy an extra receiver or something?

Obviously the reviews are written by the company that makes it. Works if you are in the same room, otherwise VERY spotty. That is why these are only available online, too hard to return. If bought at a B and M, it would go back 90% of the time.
